The expert team of Niška pivara, in charge of production and quality management, visited the second international-scientific symposium “Beer, brewing raw materials” held in Zrenjanin, from 27 to 30 August 2018.
The symposium was opened by the Minister of Education, Science and Technological Development, Mladen Šarčević, emphasizing that one of the goals of the symposium is to critically review the situation, problems, place and role of the brewing industry in Serbia.
“Not only is this gathering important from the economic aspect, but also from the scientific one. Scientists from all over the region gathered here. There are participants from Slovenia, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Croatia and Macedonia. Their experiences in this area are very important “, the Minister emphasized.
Niška pivara continuously monitors new scientific achievements, and the symposium was an excellent opportunity to exchange knowledge and experiences with eminent scientists, technologists, agronomists, producers and entrepreneurs.
